At Planet Warriors Kids Club we aim to provide exceptional childcare that complements your family's daily routine.
That means providing a service for your children – fun activities, healthy food – that you would choose for them. All within a flexible package that caters to your requirements and is easy to manage.
Priority for existing clients
Once you've joined the PWKC family, you're officially a VIP! We give priority to our existing families when it comes to booking for next year.
Extended hours
To accommodate your busy schedule, we offer extended open hours, from 7.15am for Breakfast Club and until 6.30pm for After School Club.
Ad hoc sessions
We understand the importance of flexibility with childcare arrangements. That's why we have extra spaces available for ad hoc bookings.
Club Connect
If your child has already committed to a school club, we can collect them afterwards and bring them back to Planet Warriors HQ for play and tea.

CLUBS WITHIN the CLUB
At Planet Warriors, we believe children deserve more than simply somewhere to spend time before and after school.
That's why we created Clubs Within the Club – a programme of activities designed to help children explore new interests, build confidence and develop new skills while having fun with friends. Best of all – these activities are all included as part of the PWKC experience.
Many of our Clubs Within the Club have been developed – and are delivered – by the PWKC team, including favourites such as Planet Chefs, Planet Splatters and our sports programmes. We also work alongside teachers, tutors and subject specialists to offer Library Visits and Languages.

healthy eating
Planet Warriors Kids Club promotes healthy eating and provides nutritious and balanced food and drinks to children in both our Breakfast Club and After School Club.
We also provide suitable healthy snacks, and fresh drinking water is available and accessible to children at all times.
Breakfast
Children attending our Breakfast Club can enjoy a range of healthy breakfast options. Low sugar cereals, a source of protein, toast and porridge with a selection of toppings, plus fruit and juice, milk or water.
Breakfast is prepared on site, and all staff responsible for food preparation, handling and storage have received appropriate training. Special dietary and religious requirements are catered for.
Tea
We pride ourselves on providing nutritious, tasty and child-friendly meals crafted to meet the needs and preferences of the children. Our seasonal menu offers a balanced mix of familiar favourites and healthy options, designed to introduce children to wholesome foods while ensuring they enjoy every bite. We serve a variety of main meals, side dishes and sandwiches, all prepared with high quality ingredients.
All of our food is prepared on-site, and our kitchen has a recent food hygiene rating of 5.
We strive to accommodate dietary needs and preferences, offering alternatives and adjusting our meals for allergies and special requirements to make sure every child is catered for.
