Priority for existing clients
Instead of resetting allocations at the end of the year, your child's space in our wraparound care provision is prioritised, year-on-year.
Extended hours
To accommodate your busy schedule, we offer extended open hours, from 7.15am for Breakfast Club and until 6.30pm for After School Club.
Ad hoc sessions
We understand the importance of flexibility with childcare arrangements. That's why we have extra spaces available for ad hoc bookings.
Additional services
We're all about making family life simpler! We provide access to additional services at PWKC. 1:1 tutoring and music lessons, for example.

Welcome to our Clubs Within a Club! We've teamed up with top local activity providers to offer an exciting range of after school clubs – all included at PWKC.
Kids can dive into arts and crafts, explore the wonders of gardening, enjoy popular sports, and so much more!
Our clubs are as dynamic as the seasons, changing every term to keep things fresh and exciting. Parents and carers have the flexibility to choose clubs in advance through our user-friendly booking system.
With activities tailored to different age ranges, there's something for everyone. Whether it's sports, LEGO, arts and crafts, gardening, eco-friendly pursuits, or even skills like Japanese calligraphy and origami – we've got it covered.
OUR APPROACH

Planet Warriors Kids Club promotes healthy eating and provides nutritious and balanced food and drinks to children in both our Breakfast Club and After School Club.
We also provide suitable healthy snacks, and fresh drinking water is available and accessible to children at all times.
Breakfast
Children attending our Breakfast Club can enjoy a range of healthy breakfast options. Low sugar cereals, a source of protein, toast and porridge with a selection of toppings, plus fruit and juice, milk or water.
Tea
We strive to accommodate dietary needs and preferences, offering alternatives and adjusting our meals for allergies and special requirements to make sure every child is catered for.
We pride ourselves on providing nutritious, tasty and child-friendly meals crafted to meet the needs and preferences of the children. Our seasonal menu offers a balanced mix of familiar favourites and healthy options, designed to introduce children to wholesome foods while ensuring they enjoy every bite. We serve a variety of main meals, side dishes and sandwiches, all prepared with high quality ingredients.
All of our food is prepared on-site, and our kitchen has a recent food hygiene rating of 5.
Breakfast is prepared on site, and all staff responsible for food preparation, handling and storage have received appropriate training. Special dietary and religious requirements are catered for.
